Suggest Remedy For Hypopigmentation On Toes

I had a corn on the top of my fourth toe and still have what i think is a corn, but the dermotologist called a fungus on the top of my right big toe. I have been trying to correct the hypopigmentation on both toes since using the corn pad removal with sylilac acid two years ago. The corn on top of my fourth toe has since dissapated, but i still have the discoloration on both toes, a corn/ fungus on my big toe as well as pain. BTW, i have tried many creams/ prescriptions, including vitamin e oils, and have changed my shoes. Please help me with this pigment problem.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

You seem to have post inflammatory hypomelanosis. It may remain for long time as it is. Gradually you might get original color. You may consult dermatologist to have firm diagnosis.

I would like to suggest as follow-

- tacrolimus oint0.1% rub twice a day
- vitamin E 400 cap once a day

You may continue above treatment for long time.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
