Suggest Remedy For Imbalance And Vertigo Followed By Persistent Headache

I am nearly 27 and 2 weeks ago I started having problems with my speech and had vertigo. Then I had problems with walking and was off balance. That has got better now but I am still slightly suffering from vertigo, ice pick headaches also. Neck pain going down my spine. Now when I'm in bed I can feel my heartbeat in my head and ears. What is wrong, its literally come from nowhere. Some symptoms have now stopped like the speech improving but now I'm getting headaches

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern such symptoms could be due to some functional condition still this can be sent for CT brain just for the safe side else this is nothing to worry, you are too young for any cerebrovascular disease, hope this information helps, take care.
