Suggest Remedy For Inability To Hold An Erection

Im just turning 36 and im uncircumsized. The last few weeks i notice that my foreskin has got looser. Its always been kinda hard pulling my skin back, but it helped me keep a longer erection. Last week for the first time the skin wasn't tight when i got erected, and the skin rolls back with easy but now i find it hard staying hard.
