I am not able to sleep since 4 years properly iam EqbalAhmed 55yrs.
after 5am ican sleep welll.also doctor cardiologst came to know that in ecogram that there is artry out of heart is mild thin or like bend .i dont have any pain or problem any time.do i need to go for enjeogeram or what todo pls .
hiiiii u have anxiety and stress related to health if u dnt have a symptoms thn no need to worry keep regular health check up be relax following will help u to feel stress free and for a good sleep
u have to follow sleep hygiene that are following fix sleep schedule and stick on it avoid daytime nap avoid alcohol avoid tea coffe soft drinks 3 hour before sleep regular exercise that makes u fatigue meditation to reduce stress light food in dinner light music while u sleep use bed only when u feel sleepy cool and calm bed room avoid any worries and dont think much in bed if they are than write it down think ab it tomorrow
