Suggest Remedy For Indent On Skull

An indent in my skull showed up this morning and I do not know where it came from. It is in the middle of my forehead and i may have come from my head pressing against the edge of the table right next to my bed while I was sleeping. I'm not sure if that is why, but it seems the likeliest case. However, it's scaring me.....any suggestions on what it is and if it will go away?
