Suggest Remedy For Infection In Nose

hi i am 22 years old, had heart surgery when i was 18months old fine now. i have noticed a lump inside my nose and it is yellow, but i picked at it and it was like puss but sticky. the outside of my nose has gone red and is tender to touch, and now my nose feels blocked on that side thanks

Your symptoms are suggestive of a local infection in the nasal mucosa. For this reason, would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam. A local antibiotic ointment may be needed.
