i am uncircumcizer men, lot of itching,sweeling at foreskin of penis and white smelly discharge at top of penis lots medicine take by me in last 5 years dew to this problem like ofloxacine +ornidazole, doxycilline 100mg, and fluconazole but this problem by direction of demrmetolocist please give perfect advice

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to allergic and condition and associated infection, may be due to smegma collection, clean the area, apply povidone iodine powder, if the condition goes on happening on and often then you have to go for circumcision, and for that have a opinion from urosurgeon, have a nice day.
