Suggest Remedy For Infection Of Incision

My 7 year old son had two hernia surgerys within 3 months of each other. the second incision is not healing. I have removed one stitch after it got swollen and puss was it . Now it is still infected with another stitch trying to come out. Then one part of the incision is opened up causing a hole. should I just let it heal or go back to the surgeon?

According to me you should consult a surgeon and go for pus culture so that the antibiotics can be started accordingly.
