Suggest Remedy For Inflamed Penis Head With Painful Urination

Please I am suffering an allergy on my pinus head after being treated in hospital by Flagyl antibiotic injection from salmonella type H and after having the injection by 4 hrs start to get swelling on my pinus head and rash stopped medicine immediately from 5 days till now but the swell turned to very painful rash on part of the pinus head and the skin in this part is like a wound cut hurting so much and I don t know what to do, also urinating is painful now because of this please help

It can be due to drug allergy - local steroid application can help you. If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection.
