Suggest Remedy For Inflammed Cuticle With Scaly, Bumpy And Pus Filled Nail

My cuticle is inflamed and nail is scaly and bumpy. I squeezed it and a small amount of pus is present. Now the finger next to it is starting to have the same problem. What can I do? I have soaked in warm salt water and tried creams but nothing happens

It is nothing but infection of the nailbed. You need to drain it aseptically by a small nick for complete drainage of pus. It should be done by a doctor under antibiotic cover. You can take ibuprofen containing analgesic for pain.
