Suggest Remedy For Inflammed Lymph Nodes On Neck

I am a 26 yr old male suffering from inflammed lymph node in the neck. Biopsy and blood tests have come normal. WBC count is normal. Ultrasound showed multiple inflammed nodes with one large very visible. Hard when pressed. No other medical problems, allergies etc.
