Suggest Remedy For Injured And Painful Toe Nail

My daughter during her cricket training injured her toe nail and is in quite pain...the cricket ball hit her toe nail and now its blue and cant even touch it she cant wear her trainers properly or walk properly. she has taken brufen though but not sure what else to do.

Hello,

Probably she may developed sub ungual hematoma. So don't worry it may take time to recover.

Use painkillers like diclofenac or aceclofenac twice a day for five days. Use cold and warm compression. If you observe any pus or bleeding out means consult with your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
