Suggest Remedy For Injury At The Top Of Inner Labia

Hi. I recently had an accident with a boyfriend, he hit the place above my clitoris and the top of my inner labia split badly, I had a huge bleed. How should I take care of the wound? It hurts and still bleeds a little bit, I am scared it wont heal together.
