Suggest Remedy For Injury In Ankle

hey! today i was helping a friend with her pitching for softball and the ball hit the inside of my ankle and it is swollen and there is a little bit of indent where the ball hit..i iced as soon as i got home but my ankle seems hard..it hurts to put pressure on it..should i wrap my ankle for my game tonight?
