Suggest Remedy For Inner Thigh Skin Darkening And Itching In The Groin

Dr, I am having itching in groin area and blackish skin in inner thigh.I used Terbiforce 250 me tab once in daily for 14 days and Terbinafine cream 2 times daily and proper dress code suggested by a Dermatologist. I discontinued the tablets for last two weeks. But still not cured. Already I had the same fungal infection and cured.This is the second outbreak after six months. May I continue the Terbiforce tablet? If so how many days and dosage please. -Ashraf

Hi
You are suffering from Tinea cruris (as per your discription).
It usually recurrues because of poor hygienic conditions and hot weather due to increase sweating.
now u can take capsule Itraconazole 100 mg bd X 7 days..
and plz apply clotrimazole dusting powder twice a day
