Hello,

Insomnia, easy fatigue and lassitude are usual symptoms of thyroid abnormalities. These are unlikely to be due to levothyroxine. Please visit your clinician for fresh thyroid profile and clinical examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH
