Suggest Remedy For Insomnia

I have been taking Benadryl to help me get to sleep (25 m) But after a week it no longer works. I want to take the acetaminophen pm tonight but don t know if it is just another version of benedryl. The bill says it is a pm medicine. They say L751 on each capsule.

Benadryl and acetaminophen are not used for sleep induction.
Advice
1.     Zolpidem 10 mg per oral at bed time for 30 days
2.     Stop Benadryl and acetaminophen
3.     Start workout in gym at least half an hour in a day for 5 days in a week
4.     Take blood pressure medicines regularly
5.     Do meditation
6.     Avoid smoking, coffee and alcohol especially at bed time
7.     Share your problem with your family and close friends
8.     Consult a psychiatrist for follow up and counseling
