Suggest Remedy For Intense Vaginal Itching And Burning

I have an intense vaginal itching and burning for at least 2 weeks already. It started from the anal area to the vaginal and now the vulva. I went to my doctor and did a complete physical. My pap smear is normal. The wet prep and GC/Chla test is negative. I tried all kinds of medication including metronidazole, fluconazole pill, monistat, inflamation cream, nystatin ointment and nothing seems to work. I am now being referred to a dermatologist. I am not sure if that is what I need. In the meantime, the only relief I find is ice pack on it 24 hours a day. Do you have any suggestion or clue what is wrong with me?
