Suggest Remedy For Intestitial Cystitis With Inflammed Cervix

I experience burning and itching. I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis. I feel like I have that under control. However, I still sometimes experience itching, stinging, etc... and when I go to my GYN, she tells me my cervix looks inflamed and I have a mucusy discharge. After looking under a microscope, she always says I have a lot of white blood cells. No signs of yeast infection or UTI. No bacterial infection. They are sending it off to a lab for the millionth time and usually it is negative. What is wrong with me??
