Suggest Remedy For Irregular And Painful Menstruation With History Of PCOS

Hi sir/maa m! I have pcos and was taking myofolic and glucophage for almost a month when I started having periods from June ist .They were not stopping even after taking transamine for 5 days than I took primorulit N for 10 days and the bleeding stopped.I stopped taking the medicine on 19th of June. I resumed my treatment for pcos but the bleeding started back yesterday on 22nd of june with extreme pain . What should I do now ? Should I just wait for the bleeding to stop itself ? Or should I take back the medicine ? I am having lots of pain and am planning to conceive in September . Kindly tell me what to do as I have arthritis as well and have to take NSAIDs regularly for pain that can also worsen the situation .

The polycystic ovarian syndrome has many of the reasons and most common is insulin hypersensitivity and obesity. The Primolut-N is used to control acute phase of bleeding from PCOS and its stoppage brings menses for sure. It is the intake of Oral contraceptive pills which are used to regulate the menses flow over a period of times.

Metformin and other related medicines are of prime concern in best methodical approach of the therapy over and above control of obesity. You can not conceive until you get proper regularisation of menses cycle and convert the anovulatory cycles into ovulatory ones.
