Suggest Remedy For Irregular Flow During Period

I’ve started my period a day early than I expected but it was slimy pink with a bit of brown then after two days it stopped but bled a little later in the day but stopped again till this morning. This morning it was deep red but only a little more not enough really to wear an tampax if you know what I mean… and it keeps going on then stopping, should I be concerned?
