Suggest Remedy For Irregular Heart Beat

I have irregular heart beats associated with high blood pressure and then low blood pressure without taking any medication, and when the blood goes very high 170/122 i tried to take the medication, then it went down to 1218/50, so I stopped taking any medication. My doctor suggested an applation procedure which I did, but it was not sucessful and now I have pain that comes from my back and shoulders and cause a very painful pain on my arms for about 1-2 minutes then goes away. After the procdure this pain was happening 5-6 times a day, but now it goes to 1-2 times and it is less painfull. The blood pressure is till high and other days is low, I don't know what to do and nobody knows.
