Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

Usually I have normal menstrual cycle of 30- 32 days.I took i-pill once and had taken MEPRATE to induce mentruation (as prescribed by my gynae) since I was not having normal cycle and it was delayed to 45-50 days. This month I had mentruation after 2 months ,without inducing with medicines. I have consulted doctor and also had Hormonal tests done, reports were normal. Can this irregular cycle be one of the side effects of using I-Pill or Meprate. Please advice. Thanks in advance.
