Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation And Weight Gain

I am 25 f.,hv been taking microdox lbx for a month on doctor's prescription...is it a harmful medicine??
I'm a thyroid and asthma patient....my weight is increasing rapidly these days....gained around 5 kgs in 2 weeks... I get periods after every 20 days....which has filled my face with acnes....due to immense hormonal changes.... Suggest me some solution to reduce weight+ timely period+ clean and clear face
