Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation Post Child Birth

Hi, I've given a birth to a boy 6 months before. It was a Normal Delivery. I consumed 3 Unwanted 72 in time span of 4 weeks..Earlier it was completely unstable periods..my Dr told me that it would take 2 or 3 months to get it regular...but its been 3 months now, I am not getting my Periods at all.
Plz Advise.
