Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation Post Ectopic Pregnancy

I had ectopic pregnancy in may month, had periods correctly , from August til September, I have not got my periods I consulted gyn she suggested me to take Rantac and progesterone am very much concerned, I want to get pregnant and I want my monthly periods to be regular, can you please suggest me to have regular periods without any problems,

HI,
I understand your concern.
Menstrual cycles tend to get irregular for few months after ectopic pregnancy. IF It's more than 6 months maximum & periods did not return to normal .. to start with 3 cyclical treatments of hormones are given with a hope to get normal menses with ovulation after stopping the course.
I feel your doctor has started with the cyclical treatment. Please follow the instructions & wait for regular periods.
In case it does not work you need expert advise of a gynecologist with array of investigations ( CBC/USG pelvis/ hormone estimation / thyroid function tests ) to find exact cause of absent menses & get specific treatment.
Please don't worry, you will definitely conceive ( in spite of the operation you have undergone for ectopic pregnancy ) for one intact tube is sufficient to get conception.
