I took Provera 10gms for 5 days as i have not had mens like a year as i was using nulstrate injectioon. In december i took Ovarals pills for 28and i menstruated for 3 days and from there i have been spoting. I am trying to fall pregnant. Please help me what is the best way to get my normal period and to ovulate.
