Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

i'm in my mid 20's. and my menstrual cycle have always been once or twice a year since i was 16 or 17 years old. I've recently gotten my period the beginning of this month from 2/2/2014 to 2/15/2014-longer than a week, not much pain and regular flow. Just yesterday 2/24/2014 i got my period again but this is a much heavy flow day and night and much more painful.
