Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

i didn't have my menstrual cycle for the month of march but i took a pregnancy test on Thursday of last week and it was negative,but today as i was using the restroom i noticed as i was urinating i saw a brownish reddish blood ,im not sure if thats my cycle or not but i did have bacterial vaginosis about 2 weeks ago but i was treated for it
