Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

Hi, I had my period 2 weeks ago and now I'm on my period again. I am sexually active and I would like to know what could have caused for me to have this happen. It's just like a normal period flow that I usually have every month but it has clots every time I wipe after using the restroom and more than usual.
