Hello,
I have gone carefully through your concern and understood your concern.
First you should found the cause of irregular menstrual cycle.
In most of the cases, at your age, is caused by polycistic ovarian syndrome.
Treatment with contraceptive pills will help to regulate the menstrual cycle but they should be taken at least 6 months to stabilize it.
If you are obese or overweight, loosing weight will help a lot. Your treating physician may prescribe metformine in this case.
For a personalised comprehensive evaluation, treatment recommendations, or individual therapy, ask me at HealthCareMagic at this private link: HCM Dr. Guni
