Suggest Remedy For Irregular Periods

Hello, i am taking an althea pills for 3months now and i didnt stop even my boyfriend is not here, for the reason that i want to have a regular menstrual cycle (i am irregular ever since). But he will come this month just in time when i am suppose to finish my 21 pills.. is it okey if i continue to take another set of 21 tablet without the 7 days break?
