Suggest Remedy For Irregular Periods

Hi My age is 24.Iam single. I have irregular periods. sometimes I dont have periods for even 3 months. I consulted doctor. She gave some tablets to use for 1 year. I have taken the tablets for 1 year . For 3 Years I get regular periods. Bot now again I face the same problem. Please let me know hoe to solve this.
