Suggest Remedy For Irregular Periods

hello sir...i'm not regular with my monthly periods...i ve taken hormonal test its normal..then i went for pelvic scan..it was diagonised a MCOS...i had M2 tone tonic and iron tablet for 6 months..it was continous but aftr still suffering with the same problem..can u answer me?
