Suggest Remedy For Irregular Periods

I am 26 year old female, I get married on July 2008 but still i have not get pregnancy, before my marriage my cycle period was 30 days but win I get pregnancy in the second month of my marriage just for 15 days, and due to some physically exercises, I lost my pregnancy and after that my cycle days was disordered for about to 2 years ( 32 days, 33 days, 34days, 35days, 36day……..in some months up to 40 days),Three months before I did laparoscopy in Delhi, the results was normal, I did all the tests all of them are normal, after the laparoscopy my cycly period was ok just for two months, but in the this (third) month my cycle period decrees from 30 days to 27 days, and also I did not get pregnancy yet, why my cycle period Is disordered again, my husband semen analyses is normal, bucz he did many tests all of them are normal, and we are not ready to do IUI, we want naturally, thanks,
