Suggest Remedy For Irregularity In Periods

My wife has irregular menstrual problems. Every month her period stays for 1 day. 1 year before she had suffered from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome problem and consumed Femilon & Dronis 30 for over a year. She also have Hypothyroidism and consumed Thyronorm 25mcg, 50mcg, 75mcg and at present 62.5 mcg. She also take Siocare syrup for low menstruation problem. What should I do for her?
