Suggest Remedy For Irregularity In Periods

Hi I had regular periods every year. I follow a particular calender to keep track of my menstrual cycle . i had sex with my partner on the ovulation day as per the calender. I took a pill within 5 hours. 5 days later i got my periods but no flow what might be the reason??
