Suggest Remedy For Irregularity In Periods

Hello. I m 16 and have been on the depoprovera shot for 2 years. A few days ago I had unprotected sex with a friend and I got my period the next day. I m worried something happened! When I get periods on the depo shot they ve been very light. The period I got is a regular flow. I say regular, because I ve been using regular tampons without any leaking.
