Suggest Remedy For Irregularity In Periods

Hi Doc, I am 27yrs old from Nagpur married 2 yrs before mine is a love marriage n d difference between me n my husband is 10 yrs I ve Ovarian cysts n menses not regular, i had done laproscopy but it was of no use... I fear when do i get pegnant and most important will be the difference between my hubby n r issue. plz help me wid the prob my menses still not regular ve tried everything
