Suggest Remedy For Itchiness And Small Bumps In The Vaginal Area

I am 32. I have been with my parthner for over 1 year. I know we are both faithful. I am currently experiencing some discomfort in the vaginal area. It began with just being itchy. I might have scratched too mich and it became raw. Now I have some bumps around the area. They don t look like blisters.They are red bumps that have been rubbed raw. I guessing from waearing clothes all day. I don t really itch at all. Just burns especially when I urinate. I was currently diagnosed with a case of hpv but it doesn t seem small enough to be warts. I have been keeping the area clean and using antibacterial ointment. Sometimes it feels better but later it seems very uncomfortable again. I was on vacation and had intercourse Almost everyday for a week. When I came back home I started having these issues. I thought it was irritation from so much activity. Should I be concerned?? What should I do?
