Suggest Remedy For Itching & A Pigmentation Problem

i have a skin problem from last couple of years. because of sweat, itching became a big problem for me and now the skin became black in colour. i used clindac and clocip-b cream to reduce the itching. But the result was not so satisfactory. please give a suggestion to reduce the itching and to make the skin colour in normal.
