Suggest Remedy For Itching And Discomfort In Vagina

I'm 18 -- I have had vaginal issues since I was younger; itching, discomfort, all symptoms of yeast infections (which I later came to find out they were) I'm sexually active and I've been tested for STDs and everything has been found to be normal. I use OTC medications and even taken the oral anti-fungal pills they still return. What could this be? Please help!
