Suggest Remedy For Itching And Dry Patch In Labia Majora

Hi,I am really troubled with my itchy labia majora..It started when my period arrived and i used a napkin. Now, my period is over and my labia majora is not that as itchy as before but i noticed some patch of dry, white in color flakes in my labia majora.. what will i do? pls help thanks
