Suggest Remedy For Itching And Numbness On The Left Side Of The Face

2 weeks ago I fell and hit the left side of my face on a horizontal bed post. I got a black eye and numbing of the left side of my face. The black eye is gone, but not the numbing. I get itching in the numb area, but can't scratch it because it's numb. The numbness is mainly in my cheekbone, nostril, and the left side of my upper lip.
