Suggest Remedy For Itching And Soreness With Heaviness In Vagina After Periods

After my period I get vey itch and then I get on the same area a sore with white or yellow pus. It is very uncomfortable to walk and I feel unexplainable heaviness I put salt on it and it burns like hell but after a while it will clear the pimple. Please help how to get rid of it
