Suggest Remedy For Itching Black Skin Near Thigh And Groin

I have black skin with itching near upper thigh and groin are since 2000. After applying many anti fungal or anti bacterial cream problem goes for 15 to 90 days and reoccur randomly. Further black skin goes hard with while look and while touching on those area feels insensivity. what is solution

Hi.
As per your case history you are having intertrigo groin.
My treatment advice is –

1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine like levocetirizine for 7-10days .
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine given only after consulting a dermatologist.
