Suggest Remedy For Itching & Burning Sensation In The Vagina Caused After Intercourse

i dont really know what to do im scared.. i cant tell my mom bc she wold be so dissapointed in me but i lost my virginity a few months ago.. im young and the boy told me he loved me and would never leave me. when it happend i tore my hymen and it didnt heal.. i had sex a dew weeks ago also and since then it has really been hurting and burning and itching.. how do i heal it
