Suggest Remedy For Itching In Testis After Unprotected Sex

I recently had unprotected sex 3 days ago, multiple times with that person. I noticed yesterday my ball sack skin was kinda itchy, today though it was still itchy and I decided to look at it. It looks like I have 4 to 5 mosquito bites.. I haven t itched it to much.. what do I need to do?
