Suggest Remedy For Itching In The Genital Area

hi i have a problem with sweating,and itching,i cant sleep at night from the itching.most of it is in genetal area it gets worse when i have sex.i have seen my doktor, done all the test (blood,urine, alergies, everything) and everything is fine but i have 5 years suffering from this problem. please can you help me.
