Suggest Remedy For Itching In The Groin Area

can you tell me about dobbys itch of the groin area I look after a service user who is disabled and having a problem with sore red itchy groin area because of his seating position and wearing incontinence pads it is making the problem worse the doctors have tried creams steroids and anti biotics which work for a while but within days of the courses ending it comes back i worked with a support worker the other night who mentioned it looked like dobbys rash i have never heard of it but need some answers they did a swab and said its a bacterial infection please help as my service user is suffering
